
This was another amazing vegan arancina from Ke Palle, a street-food restaurant in Palermo on via Marqueda, one of the busiest streets in the center of the city.
This time the filling was made with mushrooms and porcini mushrooms, very creamy and flavorful. This arancina, just like the other one I tried was perfectly fried, allowing its shell to be crispy and soft at the same time.
The price of this dish was 3.50€.
At the moment of my visit these arancine were not available at the counter but upon asking they said they just needed time to fry them, so if during your visit you don’t see them displayed don’t forget to ask for them because maybe it’s just a wait of a couple of minutes and it’s totally worth it!
