Battered banana blossom 'fish' that had an amazingly succulent 'fleshy' and shredded texture! 🍌🌷 I've ever eaten vegan banana blossom dishes in Thailand but rarely see it in Singapore (except for Bangkok Jam which does great handmade Banana Blossom Cakes), so I was really excited. Glad I ordered this; it tasted bomb!!
