Black bean noodles al Guesthouse tu casa — Recensione di rebeccabream (7 set 2024)

Black bean noodles with kimchi and korean style miso sauce (similar to gochujang but with more tones of miso). This felt like the healthiest food I'd eaten in so long! And it tasted wonderful.
I also really love the zero waste nature of the restaurant, e.g, there are several boxes with items you can take for free, or you can add things you no longer need. There are also refill stations with staple foods like nuts, oats etc for you to buy what you need.
My only regret is not trying one of the delicious looking desserts as I was full. Maybe another time!
