Vegetarian Pasta for lunch.
I used Angel-Hair Pasta
For my non vegan friends, you may use canned tuna flakes and cream cheese. For vegans like me just combine sauce with diced mushrooms. Add your fave aromatics. I used red onions. When the pasta sauce is almost done , you may add your diced cucumbers. Don’t forget your salt, pepper and sugar. Adjust to your liking.
I used Passata tomato puree as the base for the sauce, added mushroom paste to enhance the flavor.
Crispy spicy oyster mushroom and dill for garnish.
