SIA’s Vegetarian Oriental Meal is typically always vegan. En route to Sydney from Singapore, I’m particularly delighted to enjoy this breakfast of a crisp sandwich encasing a warm slab of springy tofu, lettuce and a light savoury olive-oil based spread I believe. This is part of their I’m able initiative whereby the food skis made by special needs talents. Perfection!
