I have been going to Blossom for years. I love how they offer a wide variety of dishes, many that are not typically made vegan anywhere else. This Yum Yum Vermicelli is one of my favorites. It has so many different flavors and textures that come together to truly nourish the body and satisfy all cravings. The serving is big enough that I usually have a whole second meal to take home.
