I have never been the biggest hot dog fan (veggie obviously) but I've always loved veggie brats. Back in the day I loved the #Boca brand brats. I think those might have been vegetarian though, not vegan. Anyway, I really like these Impossible Foods brats. They taste different than the #Beyond Brats, but I really can't say I have a favorite between the two. I like them both. I do think these are a bit less greasy. I also remove the edible casing, but some of my friends leave them on. All personal preference. These had a really nice flavor and texture. I like to top mine with something simple like #BBQ sauce or even caramelized onions.
