A delicious, fragrant #friedrice with an incredible #wokhei - cue the rest of the office piping in with their typical "omg so good for something vegan" comments, as if somehow vegan grub is supposed to be bad 🙄 They were not stingy with the #seaweed, entire sheets were thrown in and fried up, so you get that #umami flavour in big doses (others give you merely tiny shreds sprinkled on top 🥺) #carrot #chives #longbeans and a tiny amount of #fakemeat complete the greasy set 😋
