'Sauteed vegetarian duck with basil leaves, bell pepper and straw mushrooms in hot chili paste'

Mock duck is a slightly spongey faux meat with its own sweet soy flavor that also absorbs additional sauce well. Basil is super flavorful and delicious, everything was well cooked especially the rice which had an exellent texture as well. Slight kick from chilis and spice level is customizable from levels 1 to 5. I loved this.
