Perhaps the best vegan carbonara I’ve had! The sauce was the perfect consistency: creamy and coated the pasta nicely without being sticky or gloopy. Good amount of black pepper as well which helped the dish not be as cloying as carbonaras could be. If you’re a fan of cream based pasta, this is for you.
