This is one of my favourite frozen vegetable mixes. Simply add it to a pan on the hob, drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt, and there you have it! Cook on low heat for 15-30 minutes. So tasty! It’s perfect as a filling for a jacket potato—delicious!
