Still on the lookout for interesting new plant-based bacons. So far I am still most impressed by the bacon of THIS - others such as this one from Richmond tends to remain very bacony-looking and it's very nicely done with the white parts too. But it doesn't fry as well and remains rather artificial and stiff, when you want it to sizzle and really look and taste like bacon. It's not quite there yet, but it isn't awful either.
