This was amazing, easily the best thing on the table ☺️ The #curry was thick and flavourful, moderately #spicy, and really leaned into its role of holding the bowl of disparate mixed #veggies together 😑 There was #cabbage, #taupok, #aubergine, #okra, and #longbeans (actually the sort of thing that I would make at home, just that theirs is about 30 times better 😅)
This #malaysianeats classic can sometimes be made with milk (why 😩), so do check
