Army stew consisting of instant noodles and rice cakes in hot pepper broth, served with soy 'sausage' (I found it convincing but my non-veg cousin felt otherwise hahaha), baked beans, enoki and shiitake mushrooms, housemade kimchi, plus shredded seaweed. 🍜🫘🍄 Not sure why vegan cheese slice wasn't available as an additional topping; I'm pretty sure they have it in the kitchen but perhaps they overlooked adding this option to the ordering form? (I didn't ask; your girl here was low-key burnt out and didn't have much energy to make enquiries.) A slight pity as cheese almost seems mandatory for this classic Korean-American fusion dish.
