Wowzers - this was a really good cheesesteak, and I'm glad I said yes to the optional sharp mustard, as it elevated the taste experience even more! The sandwich was a bit awkward to eat with all the "cheese"-sauce, and the bun falling apart, and the abundance of Redefine Meat pulled beef was much appreciated. Very dirty hands and face, but a lot of yummy in my tummy.
