It’s a double smash vegan burger (the patties belong to the renowned vegan company Heura) with double vegan cheese and pickled purple onion. It comes with a Deli sauce too. The bread was soft and the ingredients combined perfect with each other. Patties were crunchy from the borders and tender in the center. If you were vegan when smash burgers became popular don’t worry because we’ve already caught up.
