I love Asian food, and this was very tasty for a quick meal. It consisted of Mindful Chik'n, bell peppers, broccoli, scallions, celery, peanuts, and ginger with brown rice and Kung Pao sauce. Good source of fiber and protein, but high in sodium. Easy to prepare, tasted great, and nutritious! 🥰
