The ingredients include peanut butter cookie crust, peanut buttercream filling, chocolate ganache, and a small amount of sea salt. Like all of Petunias products, this is both #glutenfree & #vegan . You can find this bar at their bakery in #swportland and also at many grocery co-ops around Portland, as well as New Seasons Market.
