Picnic Basket al Six Senses Yao Noi — Recensione di Steven Neoh (7 lug 2024)

Not so much a #picnic basket as a collection of #tiffin boxes, how lovely 😍 The rain in the forecast meant that 12pm was the only viable departure time for us, and taking our lunch onto the boat with us proved to be the best option 🙂 The resort's events concierge were a true delight to work with, and they identified all of the vegan options for every component of the #sandwich - from the #bread to the protein (off-menu choices) to the condiments and the dressing. You can see my picks in one of the latter photos 😉

The #olive #focaccia turned out to be phenomenal, as did the #tofu patty, the super fresh #basil and #rocket, and the #dijonmustard 😋 Oh, you get a selection of drinks too, with the #juice being freshly pressed!

In the background are the little islands and rock protrusions of the Phang Nga Bay, partly obscured by our ride for the day, the beautiful Andaman Queen 😎 P.S. the second picture includes the other set (which my girlfriend had), and this explains the dairy and the Parma ham 😏
