Archie’s specialties are sweet pastries and a revolving roster of bagel fillings. They’re a 100% vegan cafe and make many of the ingredients from scratch 👏🏼

I tried the Green Eggs & Ham - fried “egg”, “ham”, chimichurri, toum and rocket - $19. The bagel was perfectly crusty, and fillings were fresh and flavourful. Very realistic, high quality ham and egg substitutes. The toum (garlic sauce) packed a punch, left me with very garlicky breath afterwards 🧄🧄🧄

Food did take a while to arrive but we didn’t mind.
