Surprisingly, they had a vegan version of their Full English Fry-Up Breakfast! Featuring grilled #beyondmeat 'sausage' which my non-veg friend found quite 'meaty', sliced eggplant 'bacon' which was deliciously smoky, creamy scrambled tofu (instead of eggs) that was creamy though predominantly tasting of turmeric, and lastly sourdough toast smothered with smashed avocado (in lieu of butter). 🥓🍳🍞🥑 Appreciated their effort in veganising these items, especially the bacon made with natural ingredients which isn't commonly done in SG! 🍆 Other components were the more standard fare found across both the vegan and non-vegan big breakfasts - locally farmed mushrooms, juicy roasted cherry tomatoes, baked beans, and crispy potato hashbrown. 🍄🍅🫘🥔 Everything on the platter was tasty and enjoyable, albeit slightly salty and greasy as with most indulgent big brekkies~ (And kinda pricey 🙈 but a good option nonetheless when dining with non-veg folks!)
