My god, this was massive! And the best damn vegan tortilla I’ve ever had! The serving portion of this was so generous I underestimated it and ordered a main dish too, but this could very well have been a main in its own right. The potato was light, fluffy, and delicious, with a wonderful crispy crust. You are offered a choice of tomato sauce or mustard with it, but honestly, it doesn’t need no sauce!
