Unfortunately, this was the worst thing we’ve tried on the menu (by a wide margin). The concept is replacing the traditional pasta with planks of butternut squash. It sounded good to me, but the #squash was cut way too thick and the entire dish lacked the satisfying texture and flavour of a lasagna. The side salad was fantastic however. This is a weak spot in an otherwise great #veganrestaurant . #glutenfree
