This too is from my trip to Düsseldorf at which you find lots of Asian food in Little Tokyo.
It was my first Banh Bao, which is simply a #bun with usually meat, or vegetables inside (in Chinese also called 包子 (Baozi) which is a steamed stuffed bun).
There’s definitely more meat options around but I was positively surprised to see a vegan option with also labelled vegan on it.
It was very good! I would have preferred some more veggies but it’s perfect to get from that supermarket and eat outside as quick snack :D
Regrettable that so far this Asian catering (Soanh) doesn’t seem to be really available outside of Düsseldorf yet but I’m sure maybe maybe in the future. They should also definitely work on the packaging…
