Falafel waffles instead of just falafel, make an interesting twist to this Bedouin bowl. There’s the delicious beetroot hummus & carrot hummus along with kale & lentil salad, brown-black rice and a creamy herbed tahini dressing.
Buddha Bowl is at the new location 1/60 Enmore Rd Newtown. Actually they moved there about four years ago.
