#fulfillinggreateats at Prive 🤩 Awesome burger! 🍔 My 2nd time having this! I thought I would never have it again as it was a monthly special. Thanks to @abillion app, I saw it was being reviewed & came to know that it has been added into the menu. I am over the moon!! 🌕

I was planning to visit the Robinston Quay or Asian Civilization Museum Prive as these are both part of abillion #vegandiningclub . Only to realize that this awesome burger graces the menu of certain branches, sadly, these branches are not part of #vegandiningclub . I am back to Prive Chijmes again.

This burger looks the same as the first time! When I taste the vegan chicken patty, I was a little disappointed. ☹️ It is so much drier. I fell in love with this burger was because of the extremely moist chicken patty. I could see the liquid within the deep fried crust. That was the best!

Yet, it is an awesome 🍔 burger. The otak is superbly thick & moist & delicious 😋 balanced very well with thick slices of fresh tomato 🍅 & cucumber 🥒 & lettuce. The vegan eggs is a present surprise as I wasn’t expecting it. The texture was pillowy soft but there wasn’t much taste. A little salt & white pepper might help to lift the vegan eggs.

The layering of ingredients is great with vegan mayo within. When I squeeze the burger to take a bite, the burst of flavours & texture is perfect.

I asked for vegan mayo dip, different from the orange mayo within the burger, & it doesn’t complement the fries as well as chilli sauce.

Then, I see the big generous serving of Nasi Lemak chilli. Surprisingly, it is very mildly spiced. Too mild for local taste bud when I love chilli padi. There must be a purpose for this huge serving. I found a new way to eat the 🍟 fries. I dip my fries into it & created a new dipping sauce for my fries 🍟 🤣

Then I see the big slices of cucumbers 🥒 & think think think. 💭

let me spread the chilli paste (which isn’t really chilli, think of avocado 🥑 spread) & spread it generously on the cucumber 🥒 slices & topped with peanuts 🥜 & fried Ikan Bili. Tada! 🎉 Asian Nasi Lemak version of Western cracker with cheese spread.

Price at $20++ ($23.98 after 10% service charge & 9%tax) is a well deserved treat 😃
