My very non-vegan aunt ordered this plant filet. Apparently, she loves a filet mignon and she really enjoyed this plant based version! She has never eaten plant based items and is not very adventurous so I was so pleased that she truly enjoyed everything.

Made of soy and wheat, sea salt and colored with beets, the flavor and texture was far too real for me, so I wouldn't order it, but it did taste good.

I highly recommend Ka Papa in Sarasota but definitely be prepared to spend some $$, since everything is house made with high quality ingredients. It's also in an upscale, touristy area so reservations are definitely suggested.
