Pistachio Lemon Cake al Burrowing Owl — Recensione di Sarah (20 mag 2024)

This was the biggest slice of cake! It was their seasonal flavor and out of all the cake options it spoke to me the most because it sounded light and summery. And I was right! The lemon cake was fluffy and soft, and there was a stripe of lemon curd in the middle too. The icing wasn’t overly sweet and had a light pistachio flavor too. The cake came out really cold so the icing was a bit dense but it worked. The flavors were awesome!

The vibe of this place is really cool too, and the waitstaff was great on a slammed Saturday night. Definitely check this place out!
