These are tasty falafel I just heat them up and throw on a salad 🥗 or in a pita 🥙. I love falafel . I got this as a gift from a friend she hit it at Costco but I don’t know how much it cost . It is a huge container so I put some in the freezer for later use each falafel is 70 calories . I would definitely have these again
