I quite enjoyed these dumplings. 🥟 Though they are advertised as vegetable dumplings, they also contain tofu. I appreciate that, as strictly vegetable dumplings aren’t as filling or satiating.
The flavor of these is good; the leek shines through. They are tasty, and when paired with a dipping sauce they’re a real winner. Nice texture.
