This tastes really great and the texture is super smooth and easy to spread. It's also great for baking- I made banana bread with it! Unfortunately it's still really high in saturated fat even though it's quite a bit less than butter made from dairy, so it's best used in moderation. I'll probably buy this again, especially for baking.
