This broth powder is my go to for miso soup and ramen! It's not as good as fresh kombu dashi but it's more convenient and easier/cheaper to source (for me at least, so jealous of ppl that live near Asian grocery stores 😩) This adds nice umami undertones to any liquid food without dominating the dish and overtaking other ingredients 🍜
