Lions Mane Melt al Hi Flora! — Recensione di Iszy (7 mag 2024)

This sandwich is similar to a tuna melt. It's made with creamy lions mane salad with chickpeas, pickles, house-made cashew cheese, onion, and tomato. Their bread is so amazing, so I'm always happy to get a dish with it. This was kind of a funny thing to get on a warm day on the patio, but it was delicious! I especially love the fresh, thin pickles. The lions mane/chickpea salad was very creamy and tasted great. I never ate tuna salad before going vegan, so I can't really compare it, but I did like the taste of this. It was a bit of a #hotmess to eat, like all of their sandwiches!
