This was a huge and vibrant #bowl/plate featuring a lot! A Hokkaido #pumpkin filled #springroll alongside flavorful #falafel balls and tender hayati (their own vegan #kebab meat). These are accompanied by a medley of roasted #vegetables, tangy weisskraut, and creamy #hummus, all resting on a bed of fresh #salad greens and topped with #sprouts. To complete the dish, there's toasted #bread on the side for a satisfying crunch. It's a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, offering a delicious and wholesome dining experience. All components were so well made, definitely homemade, and tasted wholesome #veganbowl
