10/10. Traditional Keşkek is made with tearing animal meat apart and contains animal fat. They perfectly caught the balance and proved that a cruelty-free option is totally desirable.
Artichoke cannot be a 10. It can be 11/10. I am not sure how they cooked it so correctly. The texture, temperature, and the glaze flavor combine well.
