Review of Rice sweet vinegar seaweed beancurd slices at Flavours by Saute by vegphilosopher
The black vinegar tasted sweet, sour and spicy all at once which made it very appetizing. The mock fish was nicely fried - crispy outside yet soft inside. Came with diced mushrooms, fried beancurd and black fungus swimming in the vinegar. Rice was al dente too. Definitely one of the best versions of black vinegar with ginger that I’ve had, besides the homemade ones. #vinegar #claypot #singapore
