Yummy 🤤 Three layers of #bread, filled with #pulledJackfruit, crispy little gem #lettuce, #portobellomushroom bacon, truffle #mayo, tomatoes and pickled red onions. All served with #sweetpotato chips/crisps and some fresh greens 🥬 #droolworthy

The bread was fresh and fluffy, while the #jackfruit was so soft and perfectly seasoned. Little gem salad 🥗 adds a crunch factor, while the mushroom #bacon gives it umami flavor. The mayo ties it all together and the tomatoes 🍅 and pickled onions 🧅 added freshness. I really enjoyed this! The sweet potato crisps were ultra thin and greasy but damn tasty #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease
