An interesting take on the Dutch #Kapsalon 🇳🇱

The base is made from #sweetpotato 🍠 fries 🍟 but rather than fried, they’re steamed. This doesn’t make them crispy but I nevertheless liked the soft texture. They add their #homemade vegan #shawarma, made from #tempeh. So well made! Two sauces adorn it: Sauce andalouse and #garlicsauce. The andalouse sauce consists of mayonnaise, tomato paste, and pimientos, giving it a spicy touch, but the creamy garlic sauce balanced it nicely. Some roasted onion, cucumber, cherry tomato, spring onion and #salad 🥗 leaves make this refreshing. The vegan #feta on top gives an #umami touch! Loved it
