i’ve truly gone from a daiya hater to a daiya fan with their new oat cream #vegancheese… i’ve tried blocks, slices, etc and i’m still really impressed at how well it melts and how much more realistic the cheese tastes!
this #swisscheese is no different. i will admit i haven’t had much nonvegan swiss for comparison; however, this is a good tasting cheese! this cheese is sweet, mild, and slightly nutty, and it has that classic swiss tang. i really liked this cheese on my grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers. similar to the other new daiya cheeses, it melts really well and i was overall very happy with the product.
i would recommend this, but i would also recommend anything from daiya’s new line!
