The plant based mozzarella doesn’t really melt. It does hold together the pizza topping. Taste is good enough. Bought it to try, I probably wouldn’t buy it again, not just this brand but plant cheese in general.
I’m ok with giving up cheese.
If there are better plant cheese, I might try them in future.
