Oh my goodness is this one of our go to’s! It is absolutely delicious with the creamy cheese sauce and the sweet and salty not bacons bits! The noodles are done just right and the flavour of the cheese sauce soaks in nicely to them! This is one of my childhood favourite dishes! My Momma used to make it for me when I was feeling down to cheer me up. And boy did it! Mac & cheese has that happiness effect on me and when I miss my Momma having this can help me feel connected by the fabulous memories associated with this good old fashioned favourite!
