What a great open faced #sandwich 🥪
The #bread was a bit too soft and not tasteful enough but the rest of the ingredients were great! Love that the bread was toasted and warm. It’s spread with their #homemade #cashew #creamcheese. It was creamy and rich! Then #kimchi followed, which wasn’t too fermented, thus it didn’t overpower anything but provided a good crunch and spice. Some soft #avocado on top, with crunchy #sesame seed crackers and #cilantro 🌿 as well as some #pomegranate seeds for a bit of sweet sourness . Loved it

I have never tried kimchi in something like this! I would definitely try it, looks beautiful and nutritious!
