OMW BACK to vegan! This is one of my favorite quick vegan options! I’ve made this my go to on my busiest days. You can’t even tell that it’s vegan. I would even eat it when I wasn’t a veg. It’s a little pricier so I don’t buy as many as I would like but I try to keep at least 2 in the pantry.
