🌊Those familiar with my post will notice... Yes, my fear of seafood. So even if it's vegan, I tend to steer away. But this is a pleasant surprise. The chickpeas with mayo, and I believe seaweed had a great creamy umami taste, with a touch of the sea. Not too overpowering to scare me off.
❤️Again, I added tempeh. Hope it didn't spoil the aesthetics!
🥒Love the fresh cucumbers and lettuce!
🥯Chewy bagel which has a nice sesame and baked fragrance.
🚪Visit to ahimsa before they move out/ close (not sure yet as I'm writing...)
