Crispy #kimchi #fries 🍟 topped with #truffle soy sauce, soy noodles with leek, fresh #veggies and sprouts!

Interesting take on a #Kapsalon. The fries were delicious but a bit soggy. You couldn’t taste the kimchi, since the truffle soy sauce masked it. The soy #noodles with leek being thrown in felt very random but worked. Crispy veggies and #sprouts on top were a nice balance. I missed some protein!
