I want more!!!

I was so happy to find an equally delicious option on the Bao Wow menu that was gluten-free 🙌 (although, I am concerned that the tofu was dipped in a batter that could have had flour in it, so check before if you have a severe gluten intolerance/allergy)

Holy moly. The brightness of the citrus sauce with the crispy tofu, and a little bit of chilli 🌶 had my taste buds dancing!

A truly stunning dish.
