This roll was delicious!
It had sesame seeds, onion katsu, pickled radish, avocado, edamame, and vegan mayo. I thought the onion katsu and edamame were very clever and creative additions. In particular, the edamame gave a nice crunch to add a different texture to the mix.
Really loving Shinka’s vegan menu and will continue to order.
