The base was so good!! It was caky and rich. The cheese base was ultra #creamy and tart - not too soft and not too hard. Just how it’s supposed to be!! I’m #drooling writing this. #vegancheesecake
The red #berry sauce on top was a perfect compliment to the rich #cheesecake. Tart, slightly sweet, a bit sour. Perfect! All rounded off with fresh #blueberries 🫐, #raspberries and mint! Lovely #berrylover
