I appreciate that vegan ice creams aren’t often fruity flavours unless they are sorbet - so this was a nice and original take.
It was tart and not too sweet. The texture however wasn’t good. Very icey and difficult to scoop. I didn’t finish my bowl because of it. Maybe if you let it sit out it would be better but I still feel they could improve the recipe some more. #berrylover #icecream #marksandspencer #sweettooth 🍧
