Braised Tofu Belly Bao al Gongfu Bao — Recensione di Le Raton Saveur (6 mar 2024)

These are the GOAT. Huge chunks of tofu, perfectly crisped and glazed on the outside while remaining fluffy on the inside. Generous amount of relish for a simple but perfect flavour combo. The bun itself is soft and fluffy.

In addition to serving a few dishes with this tofu every day, Gongfu Bao has a completely vegan menu every Wednesday.
